This is just some of the information contained in the 2008 financial disclosure reports filed by 75 federal district judges in Texas and 5th Circuit judges. U.S. District Judge Vanessa Gilmore (pictured) reported $7,791 in royalties from a coloring book she helped design to address issues faced by children whose parents are in prison.
