Emory Law Aims to Fund Summer Jobs for Each First-Year Class

One of the goals of Emory University's long-range plan is to provide every first-year law student with a fully subsidized summer internship. Over the next 10 years, the law school hopes to "emerge as one of the most dynamic, enthusiastic and creative law schools in the country," according to the university's Web site. Other aspects of the plan include offering certificates in corporate mergers and acquisitions law and expanding its loan-repayment assistance program for alumni who enter the public sector.
