In a dispute over a piece of real property being developed into a subdivision, appellees, Lester J. Strait, and intervenors Kenneth and Shannon Taylor, sued appellants, the developers, claiming title to the Torian Lane Strip, an undeveloped portion of the land and an easement across it.
