The bills were disclosed in the airline's court filings. Thompson Hine has beefed up its fledging Atlanta office. Cary Ichter comes over as a partner from Balch & Bingham, along with S. Paul Smith as of counsel and Patricia A. Roy as an associate. Ichter was one of the founders of litigation boutique Meadows Ichter and Trigg, later Meadows Ichter and Bowers, which merged with Balch in 2003.
