Pat Lochridge (pictured) persuaded Austin's 3rd Court of Appeals to deny the plaintiff's petition for writ of mandamus that sought to disqualify McGinnis, Lochridge & Kilgore from representing Brown McCarroll in a legal-malpractice suit.
