Former Hogan Lovells Partner Pleads Guilty to �1.3 Million Expenses Fraud
Former Hogan Lovells litigation partner Christopher Grierson has pleaded guilty to defrauding the firm of �1.3 million in false travel expenses over four years. Grierson, who is best known for working on the high-profile BCCI litigation, was dismissed by Hogan Lovells last year. Herbert Smith has unveiled a record-breaking financial year, with profits per equity partner smashing the 1 million pound barrier on the back of a 25 percent surge in turnover.
