New Law Firm Targets E-Discovery Angst
In a fitting response to the burdens of electronic discovery, four far-flung experts launched a "virtual" law firm Monday, hoping to capitalize on the growing anxiety at legal departments and boardrooms across the country. A partner at Redgrave Daley Ragan & Wagner says the new firm will offer strategic advice on management of digital information, responses to e-discovery requests and the risks involved in the integration of information systems in the aftermath of a merger or acquisition.Harris Getting Reinforcements for Gang Unit
A bad week for the U.S. attorney's office turned into a good one for San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris.
