Georgia State law requires lawyers, doctors and other professionals to disclose conflicts or problems that might affect service to their clients. But what must be disclosed and when? The state Supreme Court is expected to provide some guidelines in the case of a cocaine-using urologist sued by a patient who suffers from "abnormal curvature" of his genitalia after surgery. Money, according to annual financial disclosure reports released Friday, which show at least six and possibly seven justices to be millionaires. The court analyzed two separate issues of first impression related to CAFA's so-called local controversy exception. In a written opinion by Circuit Judge D.
