Mayer Brown to retool management structure, reestablish managing partner post
Partners at Mayer Brown, one of the ten biggest U.S. law firms, will vote this week on a new governance structure that would create a new smaller management committee at the firm, a separate larger board, and re-establish a managing partner post.
