Simpson Gets Call on Two More Private Equity Takeovers
Private equity firm Apax Partners and the founder of Garda World Security have tapped Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Canadian firm Stikeman Elliott for counsel on a joint $1.1 billion buyout offer for the Montreal-based armored car and security company.
