Fiat S.p.A. and Chrysler LLC have announced an agreement that will give the Italian automaker Fiat a 35 percent stake in Chrysler. In exchange for the Chrysler stake, Fiat will provide Chrysler with the technology to produce smaller, more fuel efficient vehicles.
