President Bush is making trial lawyers a focal point of his campaign in a hotly contested electoral battleground. With Sen. John Kerry appearing to have opened a lead in recent polls of likely Pennsylvania voters, the president has aimed his advertising howitzer at the state's trial lawyers in TV and radio spots that began airing heavily in the Philadelphia area this past weekend.
