The Georgia Court of Appeals reversed the grant of summary judgment to General Electric Capital Corporation ("GECC") in its action against Mason Logging Company after Mason defaulted on payments for two pieces of heavy logging equipment and GECC repossessed and resold the equipment then sought to recover the deficiency from Mason, holding that the trial court erred in finding that there were no genuine issues of material fact and in making an express determination that GECC's evidence of commercial reasonableness was more credible.
