N.J. high court designates Ford toxic landfill suits as mass tort
The New Jersey Supreme Court has granted mass-tort designation, at the request of Ford Motor Co. and other defendants, to multiple suits seeking damages for alleged health hazards from a toxic landfill in Passaic County near a former Ford plant.
