Legislature, Court Mull Probate Judicial Assignments After Recusals
When a statutory probate court judge is recused, who should assign a new judge to hear the case? That's the issue in the Texas Legislature and in a petition for writ of mandamus pending at the state Supreme Court. State Sen.
