James Quillinan used to spend the first 45 minutes of every Monday at the office telling his co-workers about the movies he'd seen that weekend. Those conversations evolved into e-mails, and then the Santa Clara County Bar Association provided a boost a few years ago, publishing a few in its journal. Somebody suggested Quillinan, a partner at San Jose, Calif.'s Hopkins & Carley, create a Web page, which he did with the help of friends. "This is a hobby that's sort of gotten away from me," Quillinan says.
