Where the UIM step-down clause in defendant-employer's business auto policy capped the employer's UIM exposure at the limit provided by an employee's own auto insurance policy unless the employee was a "named insured" under the employer's policy, the denomination of the corporate entity as the "named insured" in the employer's policy is not so ambiguous as to allow plaintiff-employee, injured in a covered work-related accident, to be characterized as a "named insured" and thus avoid the step-down.
