Robert Triffin has a law degree but has never been able to practice in New Jersey. The state Supreme Court, which has denied him a license due to character flaws, calls him a fraud artist and deadbeat with little respect for truth and the judicial system. That has not kept the 52-year-old Pennsylvania man out of the New Jersey courts. In fact, Triffin is probably more active than any litigator statewide.
