Goldberg Segalla has promoted two attorneys in the Princeton office to partner. John McConnell represents Fortune 500 companies and small businesses in commercial litigation and in matters involving product liability, civil rights, premises liability, construction, and premises security. Christopher Midura litigates product liability matters. He also has state and federal court experience with business and commercial, insurance, intellectual property, and negligence litigation.

Former Deputy AG Levine Joins Brach Eichler; Calderon Joins as Associate

Debra Levine has joined the health law practice of Brach Eichler in Roseland as counsel. She previously served as deputy attorney general in the Department of Law and Public Safety, and as assistant section chief of the Counseling Section of the Division of Consumer Affairs. At Brach Eichler, Levine will focus her practice on the business aspects of the practice of medicine, as well as consult on provider disciplinary matters. Levine earned a J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Newark and a B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from Penn State University. In addition, Cheryll Calderon has joined the practice as an associate. She joins Brach Eichler from Mazie Slater Katz & Freeman in Roseland, where she focused her practice on litigation related to healthcare, medical devices and pharmaceutical products. Calderon earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. from Rutgers University. She also served as a judicial intern for Judge Harriet Farber-Klein of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division. She is admitted to the New Jersey bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
