Saul Ewing welcomes Sharon Levine, who has joined the firm as a partner in the bankruptcy and restructuring practice. She will be resident in the firm’s Newark office. She is known for her litigation and negotiation skills in the practice of restructuring, debtor-creditor law restructuring and bankruptcy litigation. She has served as co-chair of the Trade Credit Committee of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), and as a member of the board of trustees and the women’s committee of the Turnaround Management Association.

Chiesa Shahinian Welcomes Peretore, Adds Equipment Leasing Practice

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi in West Orange brings on board Frank Peretore, who has joined the firm as a partner concentrating in the representation of secured creditors and lessors in the equipment leasing and asset-based lending industry. He has developed a wide range of experience in the drafting of transactional documentation and enforcement of leases and loans for commercial equipment, machinery, railcars and vehicles, as well as for the purchase and sale of multimillion-dollar portfolios. Practicing in both New York and New Jersey, Peretore also advises corporations, business entities, and creditors and lessors in matters of litigation and pursuit of claims against debtors who have entered bankruptcy. He has built a track record of success in restructuring agreements and moving to seize assets in order to maximize recovery for clients. Prior to joining Chiesa Shahinian, Peretore practiced with Peretore & Peretore in Sparta, a firm he co-founded.
