Brach Eichler in Roseland welcomes Rosaria Suriano, who has joined the litigation practice as a partner, and Mark Fantin, who has joined as an associate. Both attorneys were previously with Meyner and Landis in Newark. Suriano is an experienced litigator, with more than 27 years of trial and appellate court experience in both state and federal courts. She has experience representing large and midsized companies in business litigation, contract disputes, business tort matters, real estate transactions and construction litigation, as well as appellate matters. She earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. from Seton Hall University. She served as a law clerk to the Hon. Alfred J. Lechner Jr., U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (1987), and clerked for the Hon. Erminie Conley in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity (1988-1989). Fantin will focus his practice on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. He has experience in shareholder disputes, dissolution, commercial real estate, franchise and license agreements, employment law, securities litigation and other business-related matters. He earned his J.D. from New York Law School and a B.S. from Rutgers College. He served as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey State Superior Court for the Hon. Daniel P. Mecca, P.J.S.C., in the Civil Part, Law Division of the Bergen Vicinage. While attending law school, Fantin also clerked at the Office of the New York State Attorney General in the Investment Protection Bureau.

Olitt Joins Kluger Healey as Partner

The law firm of Kluger Healey in Tinton Falls brings on board Lance Olitt, who has joined the firm as a partner. His areas of expertise include employment and business litigation. On behalf of business clients in many different industries, he regularly appears before state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums, such as arbitration and mediation. Olitt earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and his B.A. from Emory University. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
