Budd Larner in Short Hills has hired four new members. Dominick Bratti is chair of the firm’s labor and employment law practice group. He has represented employers in all areas of labor and employment law for over 29 years. Before joining Budd Larner, he was a partner at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer in Woodbridge. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude, in 1987, and his B.A. from Rutgers University, cum laude, in 1984. Joshua Weiner is a partner in the firm’s labor and employment law practice group. He represents both employers and employees dealing with claims of discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wage-and-hour disputes, defamation and invasion of privacy, as well as, corporate disputes with employees over executive compensation, employment contracts, restrictive covenants such as noncompete clauses, nondisclosures and confidentiality agreements. Before joining Budd Larner, Weiner was a partner at Hill Wallack in Morristown. He received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2007, and his B.A. from Rutgers University in 2004. Paul Weiner joins Budd Larner as counsel. He has practiced employment and labor law for over 40 years. He has been Labor and Employment counsel for large corporations including Nabisco, GAF and Certain Teed Products. Before joining Budd Larner, he was of counsel at Hill Wallack in Morristown. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Annemarie Terzano Greenan joins Budd Larner as a senior associate. She counsels both private and public sector employers in all areas of employment law and labor relations. Before joining Budd Larner, she was an associate at Wilentz Goldman. She received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, cum laude, in 2009 and her B.A. from Villanova University, summa cum laude in 2006.

Two New Partners Join Capehart Scatchard

Capehart Scatchard in Mount Laurel has hired Sheila Mints and Denise Sanders, who join the firm’s health care law department as partners. Mints co-chairs the health care law group. She specializes in health care transactional matters, including shareholder and employment agreements, purchases and sales of medical practices, including ACO transactions, and practice mergers. Sanders focuses her practice in the areas of health care regulatory compliance and privacy and security. Her experience representing physicians and health care providers includes advising on self-referral laws, anti-kickback, licensure, scope-of-practice, collaborative arrangements and HIPAA privacy, security and data breach issues.
