A pedestrian who sustained multiple fractures when he was struck by an out-of-control vehicle was paid $1.29 million in his Bergen County suit, Costantin v. Namerov.

In July 2013, Jack Costantin was walking on South Maple Avenue in Ridgewood, approaching Dayton Street, when David Namerov, driving on Dayton, crossed through the intersection and cut in front of Patrycja Pienkos-Zalewski, who was driving on South Maple on Costantin’s side of the street, according to Costantin’s lawyer, Thomas Barlow of Lombardi & Lombardi in Edison.
