The general counsel of a New Jersey-based vacation timeshare company has admitted to meddling with a federal investigation targeting the company’s principals, including by offering money to customers expected to testify against them.

Joshua Gayl on March 23 pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in connection with his actions as general counsel for VO Financial Corp. of Egg Harbor Township.
