Atlantic City-based Cooper Levenson attorney Kim Belin moderated a panel on “Implicit Bias in the Workplace.” The program was sponsored by the Burlington County Bar Association’s Diversity and Leadership Committee and was held in Mount Holly on Feb. 23. Speakers discussed how to recognize implicit bias, the impact it may have, and best practices for mitigating bias and promoting inclusion in the legal profession. Belin is the chairperson of the Bar’s Diversity and Leadership Committee, and resides in Willingboro.
