Tryko Partners LLC announced in a statement last week it has purchased Neptune City-based Medicenter Rehabilitation & Nursing. The Brick-based private equity real estate group said it will spend $2.5 million to upgrade the 110-bed property and rename it Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
Drug Delivery Firm Capsugel Completes Pair of Deals
Capsugel, a drug delivery solutions company, said in a press release that it completed the purchase of two companies in late December 2015. The finalization of the deals with Xcelience and Powdersize means the two will become part of Morristown-based Capsugel’s Dosage Forms Solutions unit, a company that specializes in helping health and nutrition companies with the design, development and manufacture of dosage forms.
