Stark & Stark welcomes Tana Bucca to the firm’s Morristown office. She is a member of the firm’s community associations group, where she represents condominium associations, homeowner associations and cooperatives in all of their legal matters. She assists clients with general corporate matters, collections, governing document reviews, drafting and negotiating contracts, rule and regulation enforcement, transition negotiations, and construction defect litigation. She also has experience with commercial litigation and creditors’ rights matters arising from defaulted commercial loans. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, she was a commercial litigator for Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker in Florham Park. Bucca also previously served as a judicial law clerk to Mercer County Superior Court Judge Maryann Bielamowicz.

Associates/Counsel

Hill Wallack has recently added six new attorneys to its Princeton offices. Victoria Airgood is counsel and a member of the complex litigation and administrative law/government contracts practice groups. She focuses on complex commercial disputes, business torts, engineering and construction defects and liability insurance coverage. She was previously a temporary associate with Toxic Tort Litigation in Lawrenceville. Reid Harlan Eder is an associate and a member of the trial and insurance defense practice group. He was previously an associate with Hoagland Longo Moran Dunst & Doukas in New Brunswick. Dale Laster Lessne is counsel in the eminent domain and environmental issues practice groups. She has extensive trial and appellate practice experience, including but not limited to, condemnation, inverse condemnation, environmental cost recovery, environmental licensing and enforcement cases, defending challenges to state agency decisions. She was previously a part-time hearing officer with the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Alan Minato is counsel in the creditors’ rights/bankruptcy practice group. He concentrates his practice in all areas of creditors’ rights, including lender liability, foreclosures, workouts, lien priority, asset sales, receiverships, replevin, bankruptcy, commercial transactions and litigation. He was previously vice president and assistant general counsel with JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. in Iselin. Alan Levy is an associate in the insurance coverage practice group. He was previously of counsel with Weiss & Weiss in Manville. John Stoelker is an associate in the creditors’ rights/bankruptcy practice group. He was previously an associate at Trenk, DiPasquale, Della Fera & Sodono in West Orange.
