A dispute between Cooper Levenson and its insurer—in which the Atlantic City firm alleged it was wrongly denied a claim after Hurricane Sandy forced its office to close—has settled, though the terms have not been revealed.

U.S. District Judge Renee Bumb of the District of New Jersey, sitting in Camden, issued an order April 23 dismissing the matter without prejudice, with the right to reopen within 60 days if the settlement isn’t finalized.
