A New Jersey firm will get to keep almost $205,000 in fees racked up in a lease dispute, an appeals court recently ruled.

Sokol, Behot & Fiorenzo of Hackensack, N.J., was properly awarded the sum following trial, the Appellate Division said in its Dec. 11 decision, which also upholds a jury award of more than $155,000 to the client.
