Three law firms have been sued in New Jersey state court for allegedly concealing documents in two prior litigations concerning an option to purchase real property.

One of the firms, Price, Meese, Shulman & D’Arminio of Woodcliff Lake, N.J., is currently appealing a $918,059 malpractice verdict entered against it in the second lawsuit.
