The Chancery Division opinion in A.W. v. T.D. [approved for publication Nov. 19] captures the difficult work in Family Part, and the balance that needs to be struck within the legal process for fluid family crises to be managed.
A.W. v. T.D. presents an issue of first impression regarding the impact a terminal cancer diagnosis may have on an existing custody arrangement.
