A suit claiming hidden surveillance cameras in workplace bathrooms were an invasion of privacy can proceed to trial, a New Jersey appeals court says.

Thursday’s precedential opinion in Soliman v. The Kushner Companies, reverses the dismissal of privacy claims in four consolidated actions by people who worked in the building, including parents who allegedly brought in their children on “Take Your Child to Work Day” and sued on their behalf, too.
