A NJ Transit bus passenger injured by a car driver with limited insurance can’t get uninsured-motorist coverage through the agency, a state appeals court held Wednesday.
The Appellate Division left intact the public entity exemption from compulsory auto insurance and said the agency is not required to provide uninsured-motorist benefits.
