Plaintiff David Schmidt, a resident of Texas, was hired by Celgene Corporation, a Delaware corporation with headquarters in New Jersey. At all relevant times, he was national account manager in Texas and dealt with distributors of pharmaceuticals, including CVS/Caremark Corporation.
