Joseph McMullen was arrested in Maple Shade for violating an ordinance that provided no person shall be intoxicated or drunk or disorderly to the annoyance of any person or to be unable to conduct himself with due care for his safety or the safety of other persons. McMullen acknowledges being intoxicated, but denies being disorderly.
