Before Judges Skillman, Yannotti and Espinosa. On appeal from the Law Division, Bergen County, L-4333-09. [Sat below: Judge Powers.] DDS No. 23-2-0623 [12 pp.]

Iglesia Pentecostal Roca de Salvacion Inc., a church in Paterson, owned a 15-passenger van that it used to transport members of the congregation to church services. The van was insured under a commercial auto insurance policy issued by defendant Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Salem County. The policy did not provide personal injury protection (PIP) coverage for the van.
