A Bronx man injured when he slipped and fell down the stairs of a Lambertville art gallery accepted $825,000 to settle his Essex County suit, Melchor v. Carmosino.
The accident occurred on Nov. 24, 2006, as Rodolfo Hernandez Melchor, now 45, was leaving the Haas Gallery via a narrow flight of stairs that had no bannister.
