A federal judge in Camden on Tuesday refused to dismiss a reverse-discrimination suit by a white pharmaceutical sales rep against her black supervisor.

District Judge Joseph Irenas found that Monica DiTommaso pleaded sufficient facts to establish a plausible claim under 42 U.S.C. §1981, even though she voluntarily withdrew separate claims under the state Law Against Discrimination.
