A Princeton law firm that collected its own legal fees rather than paying an expert in a divorce case now has to foot the legal fees of a client’s ex-spouse sued by the expert.
The Appellate Division held Monday in Amper Politziner & Mattia v. Pirone, A-1703-09, that Pellettieri Rabstein & Altman must pay $2,355 under an indemnification agreement.
