Stuart and Susan Goodman were represented at the sale of their Bedminster residence by Richard Pizzi. They instructed him to disburse $50,000 to them and retain the balance in his attorney trust account until the closing on the Somerset house they were buying. Without their knowledge or authorization, Pizzi permanently removed almost all, if not all, of their money for his personal use.
