Tragic End — Manasquan solo William Graham ‘s body was found in the Raritan River on Wednesday, an apparent suicide, state police said.

Several motorists phoned police at 8:36 a.m. to report that a man was seen stopping his car in a southbound lane of the Garden State Parkway on the Driscoll Bridge, which connects Woodbridge and Sayreville. Police arrived to find a silver Mercedes-Benz was stopped with its hazard lights on. Below, a hole could be seen in the ice, but a state police underwater search team called to investigate could not locate the man.
