Plaintiff D.R. Horton Inc., New Jersey is the owner of a condominium community in Cherry Hill. Defendant J.J. DeLuca Company Inc. is in the business of general contracting and construction management. DeLuca and Horton were parties to a contract under which DeLuca would perform construction work for Horton. The contract provided for arbitration in the event of a dispute.
