The parents of a boy born with cystic fibrosis accepted $2 million on Feb. 18 to settle their Middlesex County suit alleging doctors and laboratory personnel failed to test for the disease, Neville v. Kaufman .

Megan Neville claims that on Jan. 19, 2004, Dr. William Kaufman of Shore Area OB/GYN gave her requisition forms for blood tests, including one for cystic fibrosis.
