Riker Danzig has has announced the addition of three new attorneys: counsel Jeanmarie Dunn-Kane, who joins the firm’s corporate and tax groups, associates Matthews A. Florez, who joins the commercial litigation group, and Amelia Whiting, who joins the environmental group.

Dunn-Kane joins the firm from McManimon, Scotland & Baumann. She has experience representing business entities in contractual and transactional matters across both existing and emerging industries. She has played a role with mergers and acquisitions and advising on commercial contracts and agreements. Dunn-Kane also advises on federal and state securities law compliance regarding private offerings, and prepares offering memorandum. She assists business entities across the full spectrum of the business life cycle, from formation to dissolution, assisting with corporate organization, restructuring, and governance, including equity grants and basic tax implications of the same.
