A formal complaint has been filed against a New Jersey municipal court judge over his personal social media account, where he liked and reposted “Blue Lives Matter” imagery and that of other similar social movements.

Judge Robert M. LePore, a part-time judge of the Point Pleasant Beach Municipal Court, is the subject of a four-count formal complaint filed by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on Oct. 26, over posts on his personal Facebook account.
