Former New Jersey federal Judge John Michael Vazquez has moved to private practice at Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi as a partner in the firm’s litigation and white-collar defense and investigations groups, effective Monday.
Vazquez, 52, disclosed his plans to retire from the bench in March. His law clerk, Kathryn Pearson, will be joining him in the move.
