Real Estate Partner Joins A.Y. Strauss

A.Y. Strauss in Roseland brought on Michael P. Morrow as a partner in the commercial real estate group. He has 14 years' experience representing clients in the purchase, sale, disposition, and development of hotels, solar farms, office centers, warehouses, and retail centers. He also handles lease drafting and negotiations, loan workouts, and bankruptcy, the firm said in its announcement. Morrow was previously with Hill Wallack in Princeton, where he represented national and community banks and private lenders in secured lending transactions, loan modifications and restructurings

Morrow is a member of the New Jersey and the New York state bar associations, and was the chairman of the Real Estate Committee for the Mercer County Bar Association from 2020 through 2022. He is also a member of the board of the Jewish Family & Children's Service (JFCS) of Mercer and Bucks counties, and the Morrow Foundation. He serves on the executive committee for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.  He earned a B.A. from Dickinson College and a J.D. from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York; and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York.
