The office has a conference center with 16 rooms named after historical county courthouses, a multi-purpose suite with an expansive reception, and an exterior patio, the firm said. Practice area floors include pantries, common areas and internal meeting spaces, with natural light, advanced air filtration systems and sound masking, the announcement added.

"Intrinsic in the design of the office are a host of efficiencies and a fully integrated technology experience that allow for increased productivity and collaboration," said Francis Giantomasi, chair of the firm's lease committee, in a statement. Executive committee member Jeffrey Chiesa added: "Our new headquarters was designed to enable the firm to continue to deliver a full range of legal services to our valued clients, in an even more cost-effective manner. Over the life of the lease this office will provide significant savings and provides the foundation for the next generation of CSG Law leaders." Managing partner Patricia Costello said: "We are looking forward to building upon our past growth and moving forward together during this exciting time."
