The U.S. Senate on Thursday confirmed Arianna Freeman to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, a finale that came two weeks after she failed to garner enough floor votes because several senators were absent.
Earlier in the day, two more of President Joe Biden’s Third Circuit nominees were approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee, along with a group of nominees for federal trial courts in Pennsylvania.
