Mark K. Silver of Schenck, Price, Smith & King has entered an appearance for Marlboro Board of Education and other defendants in a pending First Amendment lawsuit. The suit was filed Feb. 22 in New Jersey District Court by Murray-Nolan Berutti on behalf of Moshe Grant. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Freda L. Wolfson, is 3:22-cv-00941, Grant v. Slattery et al.
